Staff were very friendly at any time. All the facilities were great, and if you need there's free parking onsite.

Besides, the area was poor.

Had an excellent stay for a wedding. Particularly helpful and attentive staff that assisted with car rental. Location was amazing and particularly good, close to the old town. In fact, it was located on Croatian sea side.

The place was reasonably clean and had brand-new and nice styled rooms. Staff was amazingly efficient and attentive and provided us with air conditioning, a sofa bed, and TV.

Beautiful, fantastic setting adjacent to Cavtat and sea as well as Croatia and Cavtat. Easygoing hosts. An electric kettle, refrigerators, and kitchenware available.

The apartment is exclusive, has more than enough space, and is not far from airport and beach, and restaurant and other tips. Thanks to the owner for contributing to our excellent experience for a wedding. It has stunning and incredible setting right on the sea. It's nestled in beautiful old building.

The apartment was super clean and equipped with everything I needed. The pool area was lovely and clean, and I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The supermarket across the road was convenient, and I loved having breakfast on my balcony with a sea view. The staff were friendly and helpful, even offering a free airport transfer. The modern decor and beautiful artwork added to the overall wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a fantastic vacation.

Nice and absolutely perfect location, just a short walk away from The House of Vlaho Bukovac. Just a short stroll away from the city centre attractions. Do recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Apartments Villa Lukas. The apartment was modern and impeccably clean, with all the amenities I needed. The view of the water was breathtaking and unexpected. Luca, the host, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. He even arranged transportation into Dubrovnik for me. The charming town of Cavtat was just a short stroll away. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

This place is in a stylish house just a short walk away from the town and bars, and we had the opportunity to meet the owner who provided us with excellent recommendations.

Everything here was good; would stay here again. Exclusive accommodation with views of the sea, loved it. Favourable setting close enough to Cavtat centre that we did n't need transport.
